FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?
Our online checkout is not available just yet. To place an order, simply DM us on Instagram @obsyard1 with the part you’re interested in. We’ll confirm availability, pricing, shipping options, and walk you through the rest of the process.
Are your parts new or used?
We offer both new and used parts. Each listing clearly identifies the condition of the part. New parts are typically aftermarket, while used parts are pulled from real trucks and inspected before being listed.
If you’re unsure about the condition of a specific part, just send us a message and we’ll clarify.
How do I know if a part will fit my truck?
Each listing includes the applicable year and model fitment range. However, OBS trucks can have year-specific and configuration-specific differences, even within the same generation.
To make sure you get the right part, send us your exact year, make, model, and any relevant details before ordering. We’ll verify fitment with you before moving forward.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship throughout the United States and can also arrange international shipping.
Shipping costs vary depending on the part’s size, weight, and destination. Once we know what you’re ordering and where it’s going, we’ll provide the available shipping options and cost.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the size of the part, shipping method, and destination.
Smaller parts can typically ship through standard carriers, while larger items such as hoods, bumpers, dashboards, seats, and other oversized parts may require freight shipping and can take longer.
We’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe when your order is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App.
Once your order and availability are confirmed, we’ll provide the appropriate payment details through DM.
What if the part I need isn’t listed?
Message us anyway. We’re constantly adding inventory and parting out new trucks, so the part you’re looking for may be available even if it hasn’t been posted yet.
Send us your year, model, and the part you’re looking for, and we’ll check our inventory.
Are the photos of the actual parts?
Yes. We photograph our parts as they are before listing them. We don’t rely on generic stock photos for our inventory.
What you see in the listing is the actual part you’ll receive, including its current condition and appearance. If you need additional photos or specific details before purchasing, just ask.
