About OBSYARD
Who We Are
OBSYARD is a Colorado-based, hands-on operation specializing in parts for 1988–1998 Chevy and GMC OBS trucks.
We buy and part out real OBS trucks, carefully removing individual components and making them available to truck owners, builders, and enthusiasts across the country.
We believe buying used truck parts should be straightforward. You shouldn’t have to guess what you’re getting, wonder if the photos are real, or deal with unnecessary dealer markups.
What Makes Us Different
At OBSYARD, transparency comes first.
Every part is pulled from an actual truck, inspected, and photographed before it is listed. The photos you see are of the actual part for sale — not stock images or pictures taken from someone else’s listing.
We provide honest descriptions of each part’s condition and do our best to show any noticeable wear, damage, or imperfections before you purchase.
If a part has an issue, we’d rather tell you upfront than have you find out after it arrives.
Our goal is simple: give you accurate information so you can buy with confidence.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States and internationally.
Shipping costs depend on the part’s size, weight, and destination. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide an accurate shipping quote and discuss the best available shipping option for your order.
For larger or oversized parts, freight shipping may be required. We’ll let you know ahead of time so there are no surprises.
Fitment
OBS trucks can have differences between model years, trim levels, and configurations, so fitment isn’t always as simple as a year range.
Every listing includes the fitment information we have available. If you’re unsure whether a part will work with your truck, message us on Instagram @obsyard1 before ordering.
Send us your exact year, model, and the part you’re looking for. We’ll do our best to verify the fitment before you purchase.
Our Commitment
We’re not trying to be the biggest parts seller — we’re focused on being a reliable one.
We believe in real photos, accurate descriptions, clear communication, and no surprises.
If you’re looking for an OBS part, don’t hesitate to reach out. If we have it, we’ll help you get it. If we’re not sure it fits, we’ll tell you. And if we don’t have what you’re looking for, we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.
